Took a lymphatic Pilates & shake class at Reshape Pilates today. Half the class is on a mat, and the other half is on a shaking platform. It’s a very unusual feeling, but you leave feeling incredibly light. A little heads up if you're prone to motion sickness like me: I felt it just a tiny bit, but the instructor offered so many different levels so everyone stayed comfortable ☁️🤍 #reshapemunich #munich #munichfitness #munichpilates #lymphatic
