we're in Chicago and I'm about to try a hidden cafe that's supposedly serving some of the best lobster rolls. This has been on my spot for a minute now. I'm checking out a spot called Waterfront Cafe. Let's see if it's worth the hype. I just wanna say right off the bat, the seating is really nice and you get a view of the beautiful Lake Michigan. Secured the lobster roll, take a look at this. This looks truly incredible. Alright, pour, put a little lemon on it. It's really fresh, seasoned really well. I think the only thing that's missing is butter. Like the brioche bread that they have, it's really soft, it's moist. And the sauce that they have inside is pretty good too. Yeah, the only thing that's just missing is butter and it would be 10 times better. I'm gonna give this a solid 8.2 out of ten. The chips though are phenomenal. Also guys, when you're here, get the lemonade. Really refreshing, especially for the humid weather that we have in Chicago. Overall the spot was really nice, the views of the lake amazing. Lobster roll was nice and fresh. I think it's worth it for $33 for a lobster roll. Would you guys buy it?
