I’m living proof that your birth CAN go according to your birth plan. My labor went exactly the way I intended it to go. Mental prep is the most important. Also I wouldn’t have been able to do it without my husband, he was by my side the whole time doing whatever I needed and repeating affirmations. Having a doula is also a huge resource and she helped me so much. I’m so proud of myself for achieving my dream unmedicated labor🥹 #unmedicatedbirth #laboranddelivery #birthstory #labor #birth
