Part 2 | Getting out of debt requires you to KNOW your numbers. 🗒️💸** If you know how much you owe + you know your income + you know what comes out of your checks… you know enough to make a plan. My biggest problem hasn’t always been my income. It’s been my spending habits. I’m a spontaneous, emotional serial overspender 😭 and when my money feels tight, I get anxious. Sometimes I’ll literally choose to get my hair done, go out to eat, or spend money on something I want — even when I KNOW that money should be going toward my bills or debt. Because I never feel like I have money for what I WANT. Then the bills get paid late, I put myself further into debt, and the cycle repeats. I’m tired of doing that. So now I’m figuring out exactly: → How much I owe → How much comes out of every paycheck → How much I need for my bills → How much extra I need to make → How much overtime/extra work I need to pick up → And exactly when I can expect to be DEBT FREE. Because when you know your numbers, you can stop guessing. You can make a plan. And maybe instead of thinking, “I don’t have enough money,” I can start asking, **“Okay, how much more do I need to make?”** That might mean overtime. Picking up an extra shift. A side gig. Saying no to something I want right now so I can afford the life I actually want later. Goal ✨$3,700 debt → $0 in 5 months !
