3 main tips on why building a stronger core is beneficial to the body 💪🏽 What most people miss is that the core is the heart to the body. We use our core more than you think! Here’s why it’s very beneficial to build a stronger core: 👇🏽 ▫️Improves Stability & Balance 💪 A strong core helps stabilize your entire body, making everyday movements and workouts feel more controlled. ▫️Supports Your Back 🧘🏽‍♀️ Building core strength supports your spine, improves posture, and can reduce unnecessary stress on your lower back. ▫️Boosts Overall Strength & Performance 🔥 Your core connects your upper and lower body, helping you lift, run, jump, and train more efficiently.
