Transcript
Would you rather hire someone who was book smart or street smart? I like both, but I would take street smart over book smart any day of the week. A book can tell you things, give you advice and give you good feedback. However, you've got to be able to weave and bob and that comes from street smart. So, street smart people do much bigger risk and they think a lot quicker on their feet.

A book can teach you a lot, but it can't teach you how to think on your feet when everything changes. Street-smart people take bigger risks, adapt faster, and solve problems in real time. Both have value, but if I am building a team, I am taking street smart. #Entrepreneurship #BusinessMindset #Leadership #SuccessMindset #realtalk
