How would you handle this situation?
A customer dropped off several bags of clothes and linens. They assured me no stains and all was business as usual. When I opened the bags I thought I was going to die it was SO smelly. I had to run outside and gagged. I held my breath to be able to load the washing machines. Every item was moldy or peed on by an animal.
The worst part is that even after a heavy wash cycle with high heat and powerful detergent, it STILL smelled rancid.
What would you do?
