The York Nine have already lost years of their lives that can never be given back. Some have been inside York University for up to 17 years. Seventeen years without freedom. Seventeen years of cages, experiments and having decisions made about their bodies that they could never understand or consent to. They deserve to know that life can be more than this. Please do not let their faces disappear when this video ends. Say their names. Share their story. Contact York University and demand that the York Nine be released from research and retired to sanctuary. And please help make sure there is somewhere for monkeys like them to go.
