5 Copenhagen Fashion Week Trends I'm Loving

Here are 5 trends from Copenhagen Fashion Week that I will definitely be incorporating into my wardrobe this fall. As a millennial, tying a shirt around our waist gives us a little bit of trauma and PTSD. However, this feels very different than how we used to style it with a plaid flannel around our waist with skinny jeans. I love the contrast here with color, pairing a style with chambray. This just feels much cooler and edgier than just a standard prairie style dress with chambray. The windbreaker trend is here. It sort of popped up last year, but I'm seeing it at so many retailers. I'm loving this red on red. And as you can see, she's dressing it up with a clutch. That's the way to do it. And I also love this pair with some baggy jeans. The fact that it's cinched in the waist is very cool and different. Also, a little fun with your windbreaker. Pair it with something that you would never think to wear a windbreaker with. Treat it as a top. I love it paired with this plaid skirt in bold colors. Really fun. Trend 3. We're going to slowly move into trend 3 because this one covers both the windbreaker and also the funnel neck. We're seeing the funnel neck everywhere on all the jackets. It's so cool and sheer. I love that this one has like embroidery on it. This is such a fun thing to add your closet, perfect for layering tops. You can even wear sheer dresses over jeans. I mean, there are so many options and I just think it's a really fun, playful way to get dressed. Copenhagen Fashion Week is my absolute favorite week out of the year.
