We found an amazing family-friendly resort on Lake Texoma in 📍Pottsboro that makes for such a fun weekend getaway! Tanglewood Resort (@Tanglewood Resort ) is packed with things to do, so you can honestly spend the whole weekend here making memories without needing to leave. A few things we loved: • 🏊‍♀️ 4 pools — 3 outdoor + 1 indoor • 💦 Water slide • 🛝 Playground + yard games • 🍽️ Great food on-site • 🌅 Beautiful Lake Texoma views • 🚤 Boating nearby — we did a boat tour with FastTrac Tours • 🥾 Hiking nearby • 🛏️ Beautiful, spacious rooms • 🏋️‍♀️ Fitness center • ⛳️ Golf Course It was the kind of weekend where the kids stayed busy, we got to relax a little, and everyone came home with a lot of good memories. ❤️ If you’re looking for a fun family resort getaway without going too far from DFW, definitely add this one to your list!
