I'm looking for a simple traditional house. It's always been my dream to have a two-story house with five bedrooms. I'd also love for it to have lots of windows, tons of natural light, and a nice yard. If it has a pool, even better. And if it has a lake view, that would be perfect. The only thing is, I need 100% financing because I don't have any money for a down payment. Right now, I'm making about $2,000 a month depending on the month. And well, I wouldn't want the house to be more than $150,000 either. So yeah, let me know what you can find for me.
