4 AM morning in my life as a mom of 4 ☀️ I don't normally wake up this early, but I'm substitute teaching first grade today and still wanted to make it to Orangetheory before getting the kids ready for school. Right now I'm learning how to fit together motherhood, working, fitness and rebuilding my life, and some days that means a 4 AM alarm. 😂 By the time we walked out the door, I felt like I'd already lived an entire day... and my workday hadn't even started.
