To create textured art like this, you need to know these two techniques. To create the stem, we'll use a piping bag or whatever bag you have available. Take some smooth texture paste and cut the bag. Squeeze evenly and move the bag. If you made a mistake, wipe it off and try again. Then to create the petals, we'll need a palette knife. Drop it into the paste jar like this. Lift up some paste and wipe the excess. It should now look something like this. Then to create the petals, we need to push down, pull, and lift it. Then just repeat the process.
