okay if you're like me and you also didn't win the olivia dean ticket and you also didn't take a mess to war and you've been keeping an eye on tickets to see if they drop below $500 but they haven't I've been keeping track of these olivia dean tickets in literally all cities just to kind of see how they're getting priced and guys we know Olivia she fought to get affordable tickets unfortunately the scalpers will find their way and they did get them and they're being sold for literally I live in New York so of course tickets are gonna be a little bit more expensive honestly all the cities I was rarely ever seeing a ticket that was cheaper than $400 which is insane like even for nosebleeds I'm not paying $400 for nosebleeds like sorry no one should so I knew that the only way that I would be able to go is if I did box office honestly I had such a smooth and easy experience not yesterday today I wanted to make a video because a lot of people had a lot of questions and I just kind of wanted to put it all in one video hopefully answer everything but if I don't definitely comment down below and let me know if you have any other questions but let's dive right into it no pun intended yesterday yesterday I got to the box office line at 11 AM I know the first person got there at midnight and then people start showing up like 4 5 and then after that so I was really kind of I just wanna see the vibes of the first day and how they're gonna set it up and just how the next four nights will look like that was a bad day to go on honestly it was but enough of that let's it was successful it was organized there was no chaos it was smooth so I decided 8:00 AM would be a sweet spot cause it wasn't too early but it also wasn't too late so I left my apartment at 7:00 AM in Brooklyn and of course the J wasn't running took me a little bit longer to get there but I got there at 8:00 AM and I was around 70 ish in line then more people started coming and then around like 11 it was around 100 people I wanna say so I thought it would be way but it honestly it was around 11 whenever the venue security came to the line and started bringing people so we were originally at the bottom of the stairs then they started moving people up the stairs right in front before you enter MSG and there was more stanchions and then we were just wrapped and then there was an MSG employee going around and wristbanding and the wristbands all had a number and you couldn't get a ticket unless you had a wristband so whenever they finally gave us that wristband I was no 78 so honestly being in the first 100 I had a feeling my chances were pretty good at getting a ticket but you never know they actually did open the box office at 12 like planned so then we went through and then we also waited again there were more stanchions right in front of the box office kind of snaked around a little bit more this is what took a little bit longer because there were only two employees working the box office so I waited from 12 to like 1:25 ish so I took like an hour and a half to get through 70 people or 80 people it could have been worse could have been worse they were doing their job well obviously people have questions whenever they go up to the window I will say to make the process go by faster so know your budget know what section you kinda wanna be in or like around the section just in case they don't have the section that you want whenever I got up to the box office they had $60 nosebleeds they had $130 obstructed which was it was right behind the DJ booth it's just because but still lower bowl and then the side stage was 151 which is what I got and it's it's so close guys I'm so excited so whenever you buy your tickets they just text you a link so before you leave before you leave the window make sure you receive the link make sure when you click on it it there should be a green button that says claim tickets so press claim tickets make sure you can see the actual ticket it works in your phone and then you can add it to your Apple wallet or if you have the Ticketmaster app you can open it up on there but you can't see the barcode through the link because Ticketmaster doesn't allow that you have to actually open up on their app or you can just add it to your Apple wallet but I would highly highly recommend making sure all of that is set up before you just in case you have any issues but I didn't hear anybody having any issues I just wanna make sure that everyone gets the tickets that they paid and they waited long hours in line for yeah so then I left the line and then they cut off wristbands as I was leaving I was talking to another security guard and I was asking him kind of the way the rest of the day was gonna work I asked him if they were gonna stop wristbanding at what point they were gonna stop wristbanding and how that was gonna work for the rest of the day and he said that they stopped wristbanding the first 150 so once they hit 150 then they restarted the wristbanding system and then at that point when it was like 1:30 and they had just reached up again to 75 people so that was the 150 which were the first in line and then the 75 that came after so they all came after noon and then I did say later if people don't have a wristband are they still able to buy we're not gonna be wristbanding it's really just whenever the line gets too chaotic and they need to control the crowd so that's when they start doing the numbered wristbands but you're allowed to go throughout the night and see what they have at the box office and what's available I know that based off the first night the tickets are sporadic sometimes a lot drop at once and then sometimes they might be sold out and then they might show up again I definitely recommend honestly checking whenever you can whenever you have the time to you never know what they could have left for whatever reason if you can't get there until literally the show is about to start they had a cancellation line last night and I know people who got there in the cancellation line and around 8:30 started selling them tickets and everybody I think there was around 12 people they all got tickets and it was 8:30 she goes on at 9 I really do think you should try until the very very last minute like you never know what could happen yeah I don't think you need to be getting there at like midnight or 1 AM but if you wanna do that go ahead like I support you I've done my fair share of waiting 13 hours in line for an artist or for Broadway for whatever it's if you maybe don't have the luxury of waiting hours and hours on end on the streets definitely come whenever I think there are a lot of tickets that for the box office specifically and your chances are very
