The Feast After Dark — Part 2 🇮🇹🌙 The Feast after dark has a completely different personality. By this point, Little Italy has been going all day. The streets are packed, the music is louder, everyone has eaten way too much, people are running into friends they haven’t seen in years — and somehow there’s still another crowd coming around the corner. But this is also the part of the Feast I love photographing: the stuff happening in between everything else. The workers keeping things moving. The people behind the booths. The police watching over the crowds. The random conversations on the sidewalk. The cleanup happening while everyone else is still partying. The little moments you’d probably walk right past without thinking twice. It’s not necessarily the polished version of Little Italy. It’s the real version. A neighborhood full of people, noise, food, color, exhaustion, excitement and a little bit of chaos — all happening at once. 🇮🇹 And somehow, late at night, it becomes even more photogenic.
