Why it worked

The video likely resonated due to its dramatic and relatable (for some) premise of discovering infidelity. The use of a specific tool to uncover information adds a layer of intrigue and provides a clear narrative arc.

Summary

The creator is in her kitchen, pretending to be on vacation while her husband is away. She uses a service called Cheaterbuster to find information about the woman her husband is allegedly seeing, revealing a dating profile. She then discusses the implications with the person on the other end of the call.

Structure

1Creator is in the kitchen, husband thinks she's on vacation
2She uses Cheaterbuster to find information about the other woman
3She reveals the dating profile and discusses the situation

Product placement

Cheaterbuster (ACTS - its interface is operated to find information about a dating profile, and a visible result comes from it, the dating profile itself; removing it would change what happens in the video).
