If you buy an apartment, you deal with broken toilets and leaking roofs. Mister Benny hates fixing toilets, so he did something completely different. He bought a vacant land near a highway and placed 20 cheap metal storage units on it. No plumbing, no electricity, no windows, just metal and concrete. He opened a self-storage facility. People have too much stuff, and Benny €100 a month to keep their old belongings with 20 units. Mister Benny makes €2,000 a month with almost no maintenance.
