One of Charlotte’s highest-rated Mexican spots, and after this meal I understand why. 🌮 La Capital MX invited me in to try the menu, and below were my standouts. #Ad | Paid partnership with La Capital MX Standouts: 1. Sangarita: a frozen sangria margarita, delicious and fruity but still pretty strong. Loved! 2. Cocktail or the month: we had a guava margarita (the pink drink with the flower) and it was so good! Worth asking which one they have. 3. Queso fundido: cheesy, a little spicy kick from the chorizo, indulgent - what more could you want. So delicious. 4. Quesabirria tacos: so tender, dripping with flavor, Oaxaca cheese was the perfect touch an. the consomé was deeply flavorful. These were excellent and I wish I ordered more. Wanted to note the staff was SO welcoming and kind.
