Can I pray for your August 17th, Monday? Holy Heavenly Father, today I come before You, praying for the person listening to this prayer. Lord, thank You for bringing them into a new week. I ask You to remind them: Your Word is not complicated, and Your will is not hidden. Sometimes, they may feel lost because of the pressures of life, the choices they need to make, and the uncertainty about the future. They may try to solve problems through their own strength, and try to find answers through their own understanding. But Lord, please help them know: True wisdom comes from You. True direction comes from Your Word. Heavenly Father, on this August 17th, please help them not be influenced by the voices of the world, and not be controlled by anxiety and fear. Turn their heart back to You. Teach them to trust in You, and lead them step by step on the path You have prepared for them. Lord, I also pray for their faith. Do not let them turn their faith into only an outward form, and do not let them believe they must earn Your love through their own efforts. Help them truly know Jesus Christ. Because Jesus came into this world, was crucified for our sins, and rose again from the dead. It was not because they were good enough, and it was not because they could become perfect through their own strength. It is because of Your grace, and because of Your unconditional love. Let their lives not only hear Your Word, but truly be transformed by Your Word. Heavenly Father, on this Monday, please guide their work, bless their family, and watch over their future. When they do not know what step to take next, give them direction. When they feel weak, be their strength. When they face difficulties, remind them: You have never left them.
