One thing I’ve learnt from travelling is that a little bit of planning can make the whole trip so much easier ✈️🌏 A few travel tips I swear by: 🛂 Always have copies of your passport, travel insurance and important bookings saved on your phone AND somewhere else. 🧳 Pack a change of clothes and your essentials in your carry-on. Trust me, lost or delayed luggage happens 😂 📍 Download offline maps before you arrive, especially if you’re heading somewhere you might not have internet straight away. 💰 Don’t exchange all your money at the airport. Check the rates first because those little fees definitely add up. ✈️ Get up early! Some of our best experiences have been first thing in the morning before the crowds and the heat kick in. 🌏 Leave some room in your itinerary. You don’t need to see absolutely everything in one trip. Sometimes the unplanned days end up being the best ones. 🛂 Research the local customs, laws and a few basic words before you go. A simple hello and thank you in the local language can go a long way. ✈️ Most importantly… enjoy where you are. Take the photos and videos, but put the phone down sometimes too. Actually look around and take it all in because before you know it, you’re back home wishing you were there again 😂 These are just a few things I’ve picked up along the way.
