Reply to @kuzcotopia12 interesting...Most former cast members keep the magic alive even after leaving by saying "I was friends with..." You just blurt out who you "played" Joshua @BackintheClosetPodcast

Original caption

Replying to @kuzcotopia12 this I just my own opinion but I respect others’! This is just how I feel comfortable talking about my experience. But I’m always going to use discression if there are children around. This language and secrecy takes credit away from the performer. The whole thing feels OD to me. ##wdw##disney##excastmember##disneyland##disneyprincess

Yes, yes I did. Yes, yes I did. Yes, I did just blurt out who I played. I'm not gonna sit here and tell anybody else who worked for the company how to talk about their time with the company, how to talk about their characters. I understand why a lot of people revere that sort of Disney magic the way that they do, and I think that's really sweet. I do. I personally cannot get behind it because I think it's so dumb. I think it's so silly. Um, the Peter Pan who recently came out and made that video about his his stalker, made a similar statement and I felt so vindicated because he might be the first cast member I've ever seen say the same thing that I have always felt this way. I feel like that rule is so weird because anybody on the internet is older than 13 and anybody older than 13 knows Cinderella doesn't exist or isn't like a real princess who visits Walt Disney World every day and exists in multiple locations at the same time. Like, come on. Obviously, if you're around a small child, like let's be a little demure about it. But I'm not ever going to like look at another adult in the face and be like, I was friends with Tinkerbell. Like, let's get a grip here. I don't know. But I would never, ever, ever, ever, ever ruin that magic for a child because I'm not an asshole.
