You did well on a test? I don't care. Let's start on the technical. Technical? First question: Help me design an entire hospital. I have no idea. They didn't teach me this in school. Why do I need to know how to design an entire hospital when I'm working in a single room? Last question: How could you perform 1000 surgeries at once? That doesn't make any sense. I can only do one at a time legally. Scalability is an extremely important principle at this company. Wrong answer.
