What coloured mechanical pencil am I using is a question I get asked quite often lately, especially on my videos on me transferring my sketches. And I am so glad this question is getting asked because this pencil is perfect for line art and for tracing your own sketches. It is this pencil from this set of Stageek mechanical pencils from the TikTok Shop. And I love using it with the coloured lead it comes with. And I'll use a different colour correlating with whatever colour I'm using the most of for the colouring process, whether I'm using paint or markers, because the colour of the lead blends in and works so smoothly with whatever I'm using to colour. And this is exactly why using coloured mechanical pencils is my favourite to use, because whenever I use regular lead, it would always muddy with the colours. And the best part is that you can sharpen the lead with these little sharpeners that this set of pencils comes with, so the line art is always nice and crisp and thin when you need it to be. Now, this set does come with other pencils, erasers and more lead, but honestly, the star of the show is this particular pencil paired with the coloured lead.
