My # 1 travel rule is to NEVER eat seafood unless I can see the ocean. As a beach girl, I’m serious about this… but the 4.8-star reviews for The Seafood Place in Tullahoma, TN, made me break my own rule. And I’m so glad I did. Not only did I luck out with their Wednesday wheel spin (hello, half-price appetizers!), but they convinced me to try their “Not the Gumbo.” I don’t even like gumbo, but this was genuinely one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. Creamy, flavorful, and packed with seafood. The friendly atmosphere and the fresh market inside were just the cherry on top. This is 100% a hidden gem to add to your Tennessee bucket list.
