How much we paid Price breakdown video Pov your 16 yr old wants their own place How we built this for £6000 ish Here we go how much we paid for that little shed Local handyman built the decking base, whole building, roof, double glazed doors and windows, boarded floor, insulation & boarding inside Cost £4500 Electrician fitted full cables up with panel, spotlights, 4 double sockets, outside lights and an outside power unit. This was a bargain Cost £400 .. as it was mates rates I painted the decking & oiled the shed Cost £35 Plasterer did damp proof plaster Cost £600 I fitted lino and skirting boards myself easy peasy! All from b&q Cost £120 Painted it all white myself Cost £60 Portable sink Curtains & rail Cost £300 All ready to move in I wont price the bedroom bits as you can just use what you have already. But here we are ... the famous 21a Goon street! The end result We LOVE it Are you going to build one? I wanted Local handyman that build sheds in garden rooms Explain what I wanted He built it off from scratch in the garden Put the windows in and the doors He did all the boarding and insulation And then I just found a plasterer And then did the decorating myself So yeah, this is the absolute bargain way to do it Sorry if the video's not the best I'm not really great at editing But I hope this helps And if you have any questions Feel free to just answer below Thank you
