Hotel guest left a bad review and is demanding we refund her for her hotel room. She made the complaint that there’s no hot water in the Jacuzzi tub or the shower so we’re gonna grab this thermometer and run down and check out the water. She made the bad review on Expedia where she booked the room. As you can see, there’s definitely hot water in both shower and tub so no, I will not refund her any money when guest lie on small businesses like that it really does hurt us so let me know in the comments what I should reply back to her review. @expedia #hotelroom #reviews #hotwater #hotel
