Electrolytes with clean ingredients. What electrolytes I would grab that are considered clean electrolytes without gums, without caking agents. So I'll show you exactly what I would grab at Whole Foods. Majority of these are gonna have natural flavours and added sugar. Silicon dioxide, which is a caking agent and it's processed. So I will not be grabbing for this. Sadly will not be grabbing for Ultima. Definitely pronounced it wrong. Some people have asked me about this brand specifically. They have all kinds of natural flavours. They have the caking agents in there. Their citric acid is probably not the purest form if I had to guess. Just a lot of additives that we don't need. People don't realize but there is an optimal ratio of like sodium, potassium, magnesium that you need in your electrolytes to properly hydrate you. And a lot of these just have so much sodium like element. Here we have liquid IV, which is another really popular one. We have cane sugar, dextrose, ascorbic acid, natural flavours. This is where it gets a little bit better with cure. Not a terrible, terrible option. Still have that natural flavour. They don't disclose where their citric acid comes from. If it's the purest form, at least we have some organic ingredients in here, which is great. This one is an absolute no no. Other unnecessary ingredients too. Luckily we have an incredible option here at Whole Foods and they're even on sale right now. Just ingredients is absolutely a go to for electrolytes. They fully disclose that their citric acid is from cassava root. They're using organic stevia leaf extract and organic monk fruit to sweeten organic coconut water. I do wanna call out that they have a balanced ratio of the sodium and potassium here. So this is what you wanna look out for. I also absolutely love minerals and chill. I drink these almost every single day and they're an incredible ratio of sodium, potassium, magnesium. So if you ever wanna check them out, I always have them in my bio. As always, I hope this is helpful and encouraging the next time you go on your grocery run.
