Yes, I freeze my cakes… and no, it doesn’t make them dry 👀 Freezing my freshly baked cake layers actually helps lock in moisture AND makes them so much easier to stack, fill and decorate 🙌🏼 It’s one of those little things I’ve learnt over the years that makes such a difference to the finished cake!
