Apple just made it official The update: Apple classified the iPhone X as obsolete, effective August 13, 2026 “Obsolete” is a device Apple stopped selling more than 7 years ago This was the phone that changed everything in 2017 first Face ID, first edge-to-edge screen, the phone that finally did away with the home button What it means: Apple Stores and authorized repair shops can no longer fix it, no battery swaps, no screen repairs, nothing It’s capped at iOS 16 for life, no more software updates coming It won’t just stop working though, it’ll keep running exactly like it does now, same apps, same data Its still usable #apple #iphonex #technews #appleupdates #Tech
