HOW TO PERFECTLY ORGANIZE a linen/bathroom closet

Today I'm going to share with you how we filled this bare linen closet and made it perfectly organized. One of the most important things that I share or tips that I provide is to not waste any space. So this space down here at the bottom, it's oversized and it's large, but we don't want to just put things on the floor. So what you want to do is utilize that space with an oversized basket. And that's exactly what we did here. Now that we've utilized the space down here at the bottom, this is going to be for overstock, toilet paper, and for bath time accessories for their small children. So now that we have utilized the space down here at the bottom, this is going to be for overstock, toilet paper, and bath time accessories. For shower and bath towels, I love them being exposed on a shelf. So they don't need to be tucked away or hidden. These are everyday items that are used and so for functionality purposes, I love having bath towels and shower towels folded nicely and neatly on a shelf. For smaller hand towels and larger face towels, I definitely recommend these being contained in a bin. So they don't get a little messy being stacked on top of each other left open on a shelf. So smaller hand towels, larger face towels, those items are great to be put into a bin. Okay, onto the next shelf. Bins for hiding away miscellaneous items. So right now we just have miscellaneous, that doesn't match backstock. These bins are super functional and you can move them around. You could pull them out and down, whatever you want to hide. This style of bin is perfect to conceal your backstock, not matching items, or things that you need to tuck away but can still easily access. Okay, to finish off this space, we added the linen organizers. These are one of my favorite things to get your sheets, your pillowcases, all of your linens organized in one spot. They come with a little eyelid so you can see what's inside, but of course, they also come with little cards that you can label. These are perfect for your excess linen, extra guest bedroom sheets, anything of that nature, you can consolidate them all into one spot. This is one of my most recommended items. And lastly, as you can see, the top shelf up there is empty. You don't want to fill the space to the brim. You want to make sure there's room to grow a little bit. You want your items to be able to breathe and that also helps with the functionality of the space too.
