Welcome to the first video in my wedding series as a bride on a budget and a 2027 bride. My fiancé and I will be paying for this wedding ourselves, so we definitely want to find the best deals we can. The first venue we looked at was The French Estate in Orange, California. Location-wise, this is amazing for us because we live in Orange County and all of our friends and family are nearby, so that would be great. But let me tell you about the venue clips of the inside of the home that can only be used for the wedding party and for pictures, so not everyone gets to go in there. And this is the cocktail hour area. All this furniture comes with it for the wedding, but this is the price for our wedding all together with everything they include, which is basically everything for our wedding, except for DJ, food, and cake, would be around $9,500, which I think is really good wedding-wise. Our wedding is for about 100 guests and they also have shuttles that will take guests to and from the parking lot area that they have that run all night until the last guest leaves, which is also amazing. The bar also already comes with it and the bartender is included in the price. So there's no hidden fees. You do have to bring your own drinks and there's no liquor allowed, but that's exactly what we wanted anyway. They also took us into their decor closet and it literally has every little piece of decor there you can imagine in there. So basically you just have to get your own florals, which I plan on DIYing anyway, which would be absolutely amazing. The bridal getting ready area was also huge, which is this right here. Like it was huge, which I've seen some that are very small online. So this one was really nice. And they are like an open venue, so you can bring in any vendor you want to, and you don't need to get additional insurance from the venue. You don't need to get approval like they will let you bring in whatever vendor. It's very cost-effective. Another huge win for this venue for me personally was that in the reception area, there is a three stall bathroom that is included and ADA compliant stall because I do have family with disabilities. The owner was also so sweet and he really wants to make this place budget-friendly. What do you guys think about this first venue?
