POV: You forgot the dog was just a bath

Hey guys. So about that last video. It was just a joke. I didn't accidentally shave him. But if I did, man, what a nightmare that would have been. As the saying goes, we can take the hair off, but we can't put it back on. The truth is, this is Tyrion. He's a Pomeranian and today was actually pretty bitter sweet. Tyrion was one of our very first clients when we opened our salon. So to say he gets a little favoritism around here would be an understatement. But today, he came in for more than just a haircut. He's moving to Austin. His parents bought some land and are building their new house, which is so exciting. But with everything that comes along with moving, they've been absolutely swamped and haven't had much time for Tyrion's usual coat maintenance. So when he came in today, he had some tangles and a massive amount of undercoat that needed to come out. Oh, and did I mention he was covered in paint? Because of all that, his mom decided it was time for what she likes to call his "boo cut." Now, I already know the crowd consensus is, you don't shave Pomeranians. You don't shave double coated breeds. But let's face it. He's not your dog. You don't shave double coated breeds. But instead, I'm going to leave that conversation to you guys in the comments. Have fun. Controversial. Tyrion has always been one of the best dogs. His personality is absolutely out of this world and getting him groomed all these years has just been such a pleasure. We are truly going to miss seeing this little guy regularly. But we are also so happy and excited for the family and this new chapter in their lives. Thankfully, his mom promised that anytime they're back in town, they'll come see us. So this isn't really goodbye. We'll be looking for a new groomer in Austin, Texas.
