Giving my Driver a well deserved Gift. If there is one thing about me and my husband we love to give our employees everything that we possibly can. I would not live the life I do without my employees. They take care of me so I take care of them. We are currently going to dinner right now. Hard driver tofer has been with us for 7 years. Mind you, he started 6 months after we started our company. He has been with us through good times, bad times, the highs, the lows, the scary times, we thought we were gonna close, expanding, everything that we've gone through, he has been there with us. God has been so good to us the last couple years. Our finances are doing so good that I want to do something special for him. I have two gifts I want to give him but I'm gonna let him choose. I really just want to make him pick an envelope and be like, this is what you get, but I'm probably gonna show him both options and let him and his wife discuss what's best for them. Yes, I'm including his wife because honestly, the job that we do, it's 24/7, she doesn't fuss, she doesn't get upset, she's there, she's supportive, she's a great wife. Anyways, here's the two options. He'll, his wife, his daughter, they all love to go fishing. So I obviously want to send them on like a deep sea fishing trip. And mind you, this will be included in like a paid week off. So he can have a full day of fishing and then have a week off paid. Here's my other thought. A 5-day cruise for him and his wife. He got married a couple years ago and he never really had a honeymoon. So this way he and his wife can have a week together on a cruise doing their own thing just for them to relax. These are gonna cost exactly the same. That's what's crazy. This is Royal Caribbean. It's about a balcony, um, it's the drink package, it's everything. This is for like two to six people so he can take whoever he wants. I don't know. Let's go to dinner. Let's see what he picks. Letting him pick had me so nervous lol He is just the sweetest guy yall I know he doesn't look over the moon, He's just shy He seemed wayyy more excited about the cruise What would you choose?
