Why it worked

The video leverages a relatable and emotionally charged event (exam results) with a humorous twist (contrasting parental reactions) captured by a home security system, making it highly shareable.

Summary

This video captures two siblings receiving their Leaving Cert results, with their father's contrasting reactions recorded on a Network Security CCTV system. One sibling receives a stern reaction, while the other is met with pride and congratulations.

Structure

1Siblings approach the house with results
2Dad reacts negatively to one sibling's results
3Dad reacts positively to the other sibling's results
4Siblings are sent inside

Product placement

Network Security: ACTS - it is a home alarm system provider, and the video shows its CCTV camera system in operation. Removing it would change what happens in the video because the entire premise of the video is based on the CCTV footage. Network Security: APPEARS - it is a watermark in the bottom left corner of the screen. Removing it would not change what happens in the video.
