Nvidia have just announced a 15% price hike to all their customers. Their earnings come out Wednesday. We all know that if you want to increase revenue, you either sell more customers or increase your prices. They have now upped their prices by 15% for me as an AMD shareholder, this is good news. Because the 4050 series chip that's coming out at the end of this month is as good as people are speculating. People will be put off by these prices for Nvidia. You might get 1 to 3% more performance out of them, but do you really want to pay 40% more per chip? And for me, as an AMD shareholder, I actually really like this news. What could this mean? Earnings on Wednesday are not going to be great. Genuinely seeing the way I'm seeing this, because it's a strange time to announce it, of course, things can just fall on random days. Coincidence. But I think they might be numbers Wednesday is the numbers. Is ahead. The is increased 15%, therefore by 11%. You can't expect all of that is going to be increased revenue. That's my take, but yeah, big, big news for the AI sector.
