I couldn’t even be mad at this one. 😂 He came home after curfew, realized that door was LOCKED, charged his phone, set an alarm, caught a porch nap, waited patiently… AND still got up and went to church at 10AM. 😭👏🏾 This is what I mean when I say you can run a program with compassion AND structure. We care deeply about our program members, but the rules and expectations still apply. And I have to give him credit, he handled the consequences of coming home late without disturbing anyone else.
