So Daniyaal, how did you secure 8 spring week offers? I do think a lot of people say that the process is sure. I do think there is a degree of luck for sure. But there are also some strategies you can avoid to increase your odds. I've seen longer form content on Instagram and TikTok about this. If I were to give three pieces of advice, I'd say number one, you need to make sure your CV has some experience or ideally, or whenever it's experience you have, it has to be linked to what you're applying for. So if you're applying for a banking, your CV should be investment banking. If you're applying for trading, it should be trading experience. My second piece of advice, I think this is a big one. Hire Vues are where people get cut. Because people don't know that you have to wear suit type, for example. They don't know that you should be looking, smiling, techniques you know, they don't know. Unfortunately, I'm trying to share as much as possible. And my final piece of advice, arguably one of the most important things is you network with people. Motivating. Have stuff of Cambridge. Applying stuff around. Tanuj. Stuff. Combination of stuff is really helpful advice. In the past I was applying for spring stuff and I had lots of around me, and it's an easier some spring stuff. So like that combination of stuff is really helpful.
