We couldn’t even tell where his body ended and the mats began💔 This poor boy had been carrying a coat so badly matted that it had become a heavy, tangled shield around his entire body. He was extremely thin, and every cut had to be made carefully because his fragile skin was hiding underneath those mats. Piece by piece, we started freeing him. Then one huge layer came off his back… and for the first time, we could finally see the dog underneath. But his legs were even worse.
