The dough whisk of our DREAMS. It's actually a work of art. There is nothing worse than when your sourdough gets crusty inside the inner workings of your dough whisk. It is so difficult to get this out. The Southern Sourdough Co. company designed this entirely wood dough whisk. It's beautifully crafted. It has the name of the company right there on the handle. It is a lot larger in size too than a traditional dough whisk. It feels really good in my hands too and it goes so nicely around the bowl. It will scrape down the sides just beautifully. Generally, the only problems that I've had with these is that they are extremely limited. I bought one as soon as they launched because I wanted to make sure that I got my hands on it. If you see it in your shopping cart, they are still available, but you're gonna need to act really fast with this one.
