fudgy nutella cookie bars 🍪✨ recipe: ½ cup salted butter, browned (113g) ½ cup brown sugar (100g) ¼ cup granulated sugar (50g) 1 tsp vanilla paste (or extract) 1 large egg (50g) 1 tbsp heavy cream 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour (150g) ½ tsp baking soda (3g) ¼ tsp salt (1g) chocolate chips ( measure with your heart ) & nutella brown the butter and take it off the heat & add to bowl then mix in the sugars. ( make sure it’s warm!!) give it another minute to cool because you don’t want scrambled eggs lol. add the egg and vanilla and mix until smooth. fold in the dry ingredients a little at a time, then stir in the dark chocolate. remove half of the dough and press the other half into the pan, then add the layer of nutella. slightly flatten the remaining cookie dough and place over top of the nutella and even the top out so that it completely covers the pan and bake at 350° for about 20–25 minutes, until the edges are set and the middle is still a little soft. ( i over baked mine so i had to add more nutella ) let it cool slightly before eating. :) #nutella #cookies #cookiebars #Recipe #baking
