time to start setting up this house 🏡 what else should we get? We just bought a new house so of course that means new stuff. So let me give you an Amazon haul. We wanted to start with some home security stuff and eventually build a whole smart home system. First off, we did a lot of debating between Apple, Google Home and Alexa. And ultimately went with Alexa because it's most compatible with everything. So we got the Echo Show 11. I feel like it's the perfect size for the kitchen and it has a really great speaker. On to home security. As you can see, we went with a lot of eufy. We did a lot of research and decided to try out this brand because we just heard great reviews and it has local storage. So we got this doorbell security camera with two cameras. So this will see the people and this will see the packages. Then we got a pack of four of these outdoor cameras. It seemed like such a great deal. They're solar powered and they have stationary cameras and cameras that rotate and follow motion. They're also 4K. They also tell you to change all of the locks when you first move in. So we got this doorbell with a code. And I believe you can also control this with your phone. Next, we got some of these door sensors. Eufy has two different kinds, so we got the one that delivered first. These make a sound and notify you every single time a door or window is open. Next, I thought these seemed really, really useful. We got these GoveeLife branded water leak detectors with smart gateway. So basically you can put these like under a sink or where your washing machine is. And if it detects any water leaks, it will notify you on your phone. Now, this is very unrelated, but it was in the same Amazon order. I got a splash pad for Molly. She loves the hose and I just feel like she would have so much fun.
