You're not afraid God won't provide. You're afraid He won't provide in time. Because faith feels different when there's a due date attached to what you've been praying about. When the bill is due, when the money is getting low, when you need an answer within a week, not some day, but you need it within a week. Philippians 4:19 says, my God shall supply all, all, not some, all your need according to his riches and glory in Christ Jesus. It doesn't say God will you coming by measuring what's your bank account. Because your bank account may be low. Your bank account may be negative. The account is a resource. Is God. So today, do what you can do. Handle what you can handle and refuse to spend the rest of your day panicking over what only God can do. You gotta trust him.
