Hook
I want to see how we put water into aluminum bottles. I'm gonna show you. Starting with this machine. So that guy over there is called a depalletizer. It just hooks the next layer off. It's gonna lift up an elevator. Once those cans are at the top, now, some clamps are gonna close, hold the pallet in place, and we're gonna push them right off the front onto this big mass accumulation table. That because it accumulates in mass. From that mass accumulation, we're gonna go into a single filer. Again, like the name suggests, it puts them into single file. Now, a moment ago, the cans were up at about 110 inches. We're gonna come down to the lowerator. It brings them down to about 40 inches. Bottling facility's full machines that have really great names like lowerator. It lowers them up high to lower. It lowers them up. Next is an inverted twist rin plus an ink jet. Uh, you probably can't a date code and a lot number on the bottom of the can. You can see a little bit better there. I flipped one over and held it still. Go into the where we fill. Those cans have been low rated. They've been mass accumulated. We put an in check, not on them. Fill them. So, 60 head rotary filler. Put a little bit of liquid nitrogen into him right there. Off the cap that you see there, roll that cap on, and send out of the filling room. One more big mass accumulation table. We're gonna give this case packer a bunch of bottles that have been accumulated and they're gonna be layered out into six rows, six lanes, as they wait the way to the case packer. Once we got him in those six lanes, we're gonna queue up the next group of 24. Hold them back with the top stopper. Release them. Gonna bring a sheet of cardboard from underneath, bring that cardboard up to meet the bottom of the can, which you'll see wrap it in with glue, hold it shut, compress it through the compression. Index those cases out. Now we've got finished cases filled with piece. Exit the chaser packer, throw on some power chains, and those make their way over to the palletizer. This palletizer is going to take 10 cases at a time and build layers from them. The layer that's up there is dropped onto the pallet. Next layer is being queued up here. The floor of that palletizer has a trap or a rolling floor. It's gonna grab that case, drag it up to this rolling floor. Should be able to see here.
