Welcome to Elias’ nighttime/bedtime routine 🌙💤🐑🍼 Elias is 6 months and 2 weeks old. 6:45pm is when I begin prepping, and at 7pm he takes his bath, lasts about 10ish mins and by 7:30 he’s having his last bottle of 8oz of the Enfamil nuro pro formula. And he’s out by 7:50pm usually. Most of the times he falls asleep by the end of the bottle, which was the case for tonight and other times we gotta rock him to sleep.
