Why it worked

The video likely went viral due to its shocking and unconventional "recipe" which subverted expectations and generated a strong reaction from viewers. The use of condoms as hotdog casings is inherently attention-grabbing and shareable.

Summary

The video shows a person making hotdogs by stuffing ground beef into condoms, boiling them, and then topping them with caramel syrup. The process is presented in a humorous and unconventional way.

Structure

1Stuffing meat into condoms
2Boiling the meat-filled condoms
3Removing the cooked meat from the condoms
4Topping with caramel and eating

Product placement

SKYN (condoms): ACTS - used as casings for making hotdogs. Removing them would change what happens in the video. Torani Caramel Syrup: ACTS - used as a topping for the hotdogs. Removing it would change what happens in the video.
