I have officially waited long enough. It is time to get out the autumn mugs and start using them. I feel like I definitely have waited long enough for this. I could have done this so much earlier, but we're doing it today. And I don't want to hear anyone, it's too early, because it's not. It's literally raining outside. It is officially autumn in my book. It's time. First, I need to move all of these out the way. I feel I have forgotten how many autumn mugs I actually own, because I've not even got out my Emma Bridgewater autumn mugs yet. This is just the random ones. Okay, I've got out all of the autumn mugs that I'm going to want to put in my cupboard. I've got a couple of Halloweeny Emma Bridgewater ones here, ready for when we get a bit closer to Halloween. I'm just not quite there yet, but I have pulled out some of the autumn ones so I can put them on my mug stand. This is what we are working with. First things first, I'm going to put all of my Emma Bridgewater autumn mugs on this little mug stand. It has literally been empty for like two weeks, waiting for this day. Now this is where all the other mugs are going, but we're going to have to organize this cupboard before we can even put any other mugs in here, because it's quite full. These have been all of my favorite like summer mugs that I have been using all throughout summer. It is definitely time to say farewell to all of these, put them in the cupboard, and saved away for next year. I'm going to keep this one out because I feel it is still quite autumn-y. And we are all organized. And I don't know about you, but there was a lot of room in this cupboard. That means there's more room for buying more mugs. I have left these two out just because I'm going to pop them above the oven. I always like to have a couple of mugs hanging above the oven. And these Gisela Graham ones are always just my favorite to have out because they're just so beautiful. I will find something to put on that hook and ignore all the summery stuff. We are going to be working round one thing at a time in this kitchen and to make it all autumn-y and cute and cozy. So there are still a few bits of summery stuff out. We will get round to those. Also, I can't remember if I actually showed you when I redid this cupboard above the little coffee station area. This did used to be just like a junk cupboard full of absolute crap, but we repurposed it. So now we have another mug cabinet. And this one is holding my most favorite brands. We've got the Le Creuset mugs, Cornishware, and Emma Bridgewater at the top. And I actually just love this cupboard so much. It was literally filled with so much junk before. And now it makes me so happy that it's got all of my favorite mugs, meaning there's even more room in my mug cabinet. My husband loves the Le Creuset mugs for his coffee, so for him just to be able to go in there and grab one, it just makes life so much easier for him. And yeah, I just absolutely love it. So that means we have two full kitchen units full of mugs and obviously the mug cabinet as well. Saying that out loud makes me think I probably do have a slight problem. But hey, we all have our hobbies.
