THIS WAS CRAZY!! I was planning on making fish burgers tonight with the catch the boys brought back, but they ended up returning with the craziest fish ever!! Sami caught a Cabezon fish (translating to big head), and it was MASSIVE!! and then when I was gutting it, we saw that it still had 2 crabs in its stomach. These fish eat crab and lobster which means their meat is super sweet and tender, it was delicious. It had a similar texture to monkfish. Also the other fish was electric blue which was kind of crazy to see, but it turns white once cooked. It was such a fun and exciting experience and we were all amazed by the fish lol! #lailaspantry #chef #fishing #camping #bigfish
