How to make a Greek Yogurt Candle 🥣🍯🤎 — step by step! Because apparently I can’t just eat Greek yogurt anymore… I have to turn it into a candle. 😂 STEP 1 — Prep your glass 🧼 Remove EVERYTHING from the glass — especially labels and little stickers on the bottom. My favourite trick? A hairdryer to loosen them, then a little alcohol to remove the residue. I also clean the entire glass with alcohol because we’re not letting a single crumb, fibre or fingerprint ruin this. 👀 STEP 2 — The yogurt base 🥛 Melt your soy wax and add some mica powder ✨ I love mica because when the candle burns, you get the prettiest little shimmer. Then add your favourite fragrance right before pouring and stir for exactly 2 minutes. ⏱️ STEP 3 — Pour 🕯️ Make sure your glass is preheated first — either in the oven or with a heatgun. A warm glass = a much better finish and helps prevent frosting. Then pour in your wax and let it set. 🤍 STEP 4 — Make the walnuts 🌰 While the candle is setting, prepare your decorations. I poured my walnut pieces with rapeseed wax / pillar wax rather than the softer container wax, so they hold their shape properly. STEP 5 — Fake honey 🍯 And obviously… Greek yogurt needs honey. 😂 So I used jelly wax + Salted Caramel colour from Hansawax to create that glossy honey effect and poured it right over the walnuts. STEP 6 — The luxury touch ✨ Finally, I made the label with my NIIMBOT M2 in gold. And honestly? Metallic labels make SUCH a difference. Gold, silver and so many other colours — suddenly your candle goes from cute handmade candle to tiny luxury dessert sitting on your shelf. 😂✨ And voilà… Greek Yogurt Candle. 🥣🍯🌰 Would you eat it before realizing it’s a candle? Be honest. 👀😂 #candlemaking #candlediy #candles #greekyogurt #LernenMitTikTok
