one of the most important things I wish I knew before starting Accutane. I mean, I knew it, didn't realize how hard it would be, is that when you get this one random pimple, you can't just reach for the most intense like acne treatment you have in your bathroom, which I was guilty of doing. I have to rethink my approach and really focus on my skin barrier and protecting it while still handling the breakout, cause I'm gonna handle it. You guys know I'm a big pimple patch girl. CeraVe's blemish barrier patches have been my best friend throughout this process because it's like my hands off solution. I stick it on and let it do its job and I don't have to worry about it. It blends right into my skin which is very important cause I literally go everywhere with them. Thank you CeraVe for partnering with me on this video so I can give the girls a little skin diary. One of my main issues right now is blackheads due to my closed comedones and the second I touch those they turn into a massive pimple, so this is why putting my pouches on is so important. It's literally there to protect me from me, but it also really helps extract the blackhead without me even thinking about touching it. It's insane. It like, I'm absolutely drenched, she did not move. It's time to take her off. So much inflammation went down in just three hours. We got all that gunk absorption. It also reduced the redness in my skin which I feel like other pimple patch brands can sometimes make it more red. That's why she's my Accutane bestie.
