I want to advise young people. One of the best habits or best disciplines cases you can do for yourself is saving as soon as you earn. And I don't say that. You must learn to save as soon as money is put in your hand. And it doesn't matter who is doing it. Whether it's your parent, whether it's your sugar mummy or your sugar daddy, whether it's your employer. When someone gives you money, you save fast. You don't spend. And then you say whatever is left is what I'm going to say. Because guess what? There is usually nothing next to little. You know old people, we have that in dondo. They tell them something. They say no, but what about land? Child has just told you about the court cases, 33,000 and what? But you still want to keep your money in liquid assets. Young people, when you tell them something, they say AI, garbage collection. What? They are so ready and flexible. They move with what's moving. But slow and steady is the way. Understand your income, understand your expenses, set financial goals, allocate money to every money that you earn. Invest in unit trusts. That's where the money is right now. When it changes, we'll be back to this conversation.
